Pulford Air & Gas ordered heat protection for HQ Containers that deliver air and gas to BHP mines truck tyres. These metal structures house compressors and nitro gas tanks used to fill tyres on large mining trucks. The containers operate in desert conditions with temperatures exceeding 55C. C-COAT's thin protective layer provided durable heat protection in this extreme environment. Previously, operators could only work during nighttime hours due to intense heat. Following the application, they even use those metal structures for social gathering and hiding from daylight heat, demonstrating the effectiveness of the thermal insulation solution.
