C-COAT 600HP is a water-based thermal insulating barrier and energy preservation coating developed to block heat transfer across various surfaces, with optimal performance on metal. The formulation combines high-temperature special binders with solid and vacuum micro-spheres. The specific distribution and sizing of glass/ceramic micro-spheres maximizes volume filling to achieve exceptional insulating properties. The material resists UV radiation and contains fungus and mould inhibitors. Performance is application, environment, and temperature dependent; first-time users should consult the manufacturer or local distributor.
